Leaky hoses need confirmation and part #'s

Are these coolant hoses? they are both developing leaks and need replacing. Does anyone know where i can get replacements? can i just get standard hose and cut to right size?

yes, they are coolant hose that goes towards your heatercore, try to replace new clamp, maybe it works , if not change new regular hose that we used for heater core, find something that my fit ,

Thanks Mardy, Got some hose, and some clamps from lordco. I tightened the hose a clamp acouple of turns. Seems to have stopped for now.
