I just turned 31 in December, got my L300 last August.

Here she is in the cold... Have had to switch back to my all-seasons on the stock rims because one of these toyota rims had some issues...

Hi Nick,

It is nice to be busy sometimes. :-) I just see Mr. Butch this morning, the nice man have a look of my van cos I suspect some miner binding of the wheels ., a little oil leak and engine noise seems to be a bit loud. Everything turns out good but he will check my fuel injection pump timimg next week. :-) Its a long drive to Richmond but evrytime it worths it.

I am quite interesed about the roof carrier we've been talking about too.
Also, wil be nice to see your project on your van asap.

Urbanboar,
David Chan :-)

This is what the Delica looks like so far. The lift will go on, new exhaust, injectors, glow plugs and relay, interior will be camperized, roof will be rhino-linered, I'm tossing around ideas for a new paint job, new fog lights and some spot lights, larger rims and tires in the distant future, etc. I'm basically winging it.

This is the rack I was telling you about. The sides extend either 1 foot or 1.5 feet or they are, as shown in the picture, fully retracted. I am extremely happy with the craftsmanship and with the attention to detail (rubber pads were included and are very useful as the rack behind this one has scratched the paint quite badly).

Sorry about the side track there, definitely not pertinent to the title of the thread.

"Supremely dope vehicle", eh.... Well, Phree ~ I gotta tell you that I think it's totally excellent and crucially groovy that you and your fab gear are here, in DC. As a matter of fact I would go as far as far out and out of sight, dude.

Question everything you hear and be especially suspicious of free meals. Glad you're in the club and keeping the average age down. In the end it's just numbers and experience... smiles.

Tres cool.

Falco.

I haven't met anyone quite that young yet. There was a Pajaro guy out at the second to last meet who was younger (early 20's I think) and I'm 20 so not too far off. 8-)

Born 1970. Turning 41.

Drive a later 1993, L300.

Still think it's the coolest vehicle on the road.

If I didn't have my L3, i'ld be driving a P/U truck hauling a dirt bike. 8-)

But instead, I drive an L3 and borrow my buddies bikes when they haul it to the campground. :-D
