Inland Island Hwy - just north of Courtney
You were crossing the Hwy. heading towards Courtney - I was on the Hwy. heading north, waiting at the lights - exchanged a wave. Your bus has that COOL and SMART front spare tire mount...

Happy Day!

Re: Inland Island Hwy - just north of Courtney
Just coming down from Washington.
The spare was mounted on the front to allow a trailer hitch cross strut in the stern. Very hi-tech. 2 pieces of 1/2 ready rod drilled thru the bush bar, several washers and nuts, bit of never sieze on the ready rod where it protrudes out of the rim and a piece of 1/2 hose covering that so road crud doesn't make it difficult to get the spare off.
I was just on my way to change the brake caliper that was sticking, the lights were the first place I touched the brakes all the way from Mt. Wash parking lot. The hold back power with the 5 speed standards is impressive.
Thanks for the wave.
