DC to AC question
ok, just bought some lead lights, they are DC powered. Can I cut the wires and run the Delis AC current to the lights without a power coverter?

He must be trying to wire them directly into the alternator BEFORE the diode bridge! Now that's going to be a tricky mod...FalcoColumbarius wrote:Where are you getting Alternating Current from in your Delica?

This sounds easier then welding two Delica's together and adding a wing of a Piper! :)mararmeisto wrote:He must be trying to wire them directly into the alternator BEFORE the diode bridge! Re: DC to AC question
You should get a shop that has experience in electrical installs. NOT your local service garage or even a stereo install place. Go to someone who will not just chop into the harness, but get the right plugs, etc. and do it right. I have talked to people who have had the car catch on fire because of bad electrical installs!!!Super Exceeded wrote:THX That answers my question.FalcoColumbarius wrote:Where are you getting Alternating Current from in your Delica?
