I agree! The road crud is outstanding especially now the weather has warmed up

Just want to thank those who came out last night! I had a great time meeting some new people and chatting with those I've met before. Had great chats with some and wish I could've chatted more with those I didn't.

Stats-wise, we had 8 Delicas (3 L300's and 5 L400's) and one Pajero. The prize for the longest distance travelled goes to Cloud Mountain who visited us all the way from Nelson, BC!
JHelzer came in from Okotoks too, which is a pretty good trek!

I took a couple pics which I will post here later.

For the future, I would like to set one weekday evening aside every month in an attempt to get us together on a more regular basis and am hoping to try to organize a little offroad excursion VERY soon. Carp was kind enough to give me an area map for the Ghost area so I think that would be a great area to explore.

Thanks again to those who came out! Those who couldn't make it... we won't shame you too much next time
Stay tuned for a trip out to Ghost/Waiparous... eyeing up a few 4WD trails that are only open from Dec 01 to end of March - not too sure how accessible they are but will chat about it with Carp when I get a chance... looks like it could be a challenging trek and hoping there are some good photo/video ops out there!

We're back last night from NZ so we'll likely make the next one.
And we now own a Deli L400 Jasper in NZ as well. Was tough to kiss her goodnight for 9 months, but that's how our marriage works. ;)
