Hey Folks,
After moving back to Ottawa from Vancouver with all my life in the back of my van, I've notice that the back of the van was about 3-4'' lower. The ride dampenning was still good but height no so much. Because I also want a lift on the van made some research and came across lifts on MDOCUK. The UK folks are installing Lovells RFR-20HD coil spring which are Landys 110 front spring. They're giving 2'' lift but most important, they're able to load the van with people, luggage and still ride at the same height.

What I'm looking for right now, is to be able to load the van for a yearly road trip so basically camperize the van. We're talking about permanent weight of about 600lbs (bed, food, long range diesel tank (160L), etc...)
I know jfarsang as a very nice lift kit but doesn't work for me because putting a 2'' spacer won't resolve the problem of tired coil spring. So while I'm at it, I'll find a proper Coil spring with the added 2'' and the I won't need to put a 2'' spacer!
Any input on that?
Thanks!
Antoine

Re: Rear Springs
The lovell's are a good choice for the LWB if you load it up and very firm on SWB.
I'm having both SWB and LWB springs made up for my 2" lift kit but they are a month away.
For the cost of shipping, another option is to have a set made up at Canadian springs locally and that way you can set preference for load rating/height.
