Repair shops in the fraser valley

I just recently bought my first delica l300 and have a family cabin in the Cariboo, B.C. near 100 mile house. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience having repairs on a diesel done in any cities on the way up the fraser canyon (ie. Hope, Cashe Creek, 100 mile house etc)? The last thing I want is a breakdown on that highway, but if it happens I`d love to know ahead of time some places to take it to, or NOT to take it to for that matter. Any thoughts??
