Roof Rack for '92 L300, Crystal Lite High roof

Hey everyone, I've come across a few posts regarding roof racks for various L300 models. I'm looking for a basic rack to fit my '92 Exceed high roof (with crystal lite). I don't need a basket - just the bars. I'm going to use it to carry kayaks.

If anyone knows of any makes/models that would fit my vehicle, please let me know. I don't necessarily expect anyone to be selling a set, but if you have racks that fit this model, please let me know what they are so I can search craigslist etc. I'd love to get a bit of a list going of racks to be looking out for, and I'm sure other users could benefit from this as well.

If anyone has a set and wants to sell it, please let me know as well!

Thule and Yakima bars with the tall roof feet should work for a high roof vehicle. One person used a smaller foot set with bamboo that curved over the roof and others get theirs custom made. Enviroimports in Victoria make some nice looking ones and I had mine done privately...

Hey Shealy I have a 93 L300 with high roof and crystal lite windows. I checked out my roof rack system that was used for carrying canoes by the previous owner. He owns a paddle shop so I assume it worked for him. I have never used it as I don't have a canoe and my Deli just fits in my garage as it is. It is made by Inno and here is the link. http://www.innoracks.com/product/base/ about 3/4 down the page is a picture of the legs (arms?). The one that was on my vehicle is under the title Rain Gutters and it is the 11 inch one.

Thanks mbryant! Did you mean to say that you "chucked" out that rack? Or do you still have it? If so, would you be interested in selling it possibly?

I did mean check them as they are in my garage. I might be interested in selling them but I am pretty sure that shipping a set of roof racks across Canada is more costly and time consuming than they might be worth.

But if you are coming to Muskoka let me know.
