alright, so it finally got warm enough to check out the van, and the rocker shaft is broken into 3 pieces, as well, some of the bolts for the rocker shaft cap were snapped.
then of course there 2 rocker caps that are broken off, but the timing belt seems to be tight.
as well we are thinking of just dropping the whole front drivetrain, does anyone know how to do this properly, and what problems will we be facing.
we will then be looking for a complete used head with rocker assembly.
we were told that you can drop the whole front end powertrain area of the body, then at that point we are able to jsut wheel the thing around to where we want it.
hopefully thats true..
