Went to Rising Sun today to have my oil changed for my L400.
Very good deal at C$80.00+taxes - 6.5L castrol motor oil and oil filter
I definite will go back again

Is it a very good deal? Had the oil changed at different local garages and don't recall paying more than $80 (unless you go to Mr. Lube and such)

Seems like an ok deal.

When I used to live in N.Van and go to CVI I think it was $95+tax.

I have done 2 times oil change for my l400. The cost is about $55.00 each time. It is a very easy job and since it is a regular maintance ,I will prefer doing it myself . I got the filter from Mardy ( about $20.00) and a 19 litre shell Rotella Triple Protection 15 40 oil ( under $ 70.00 ). I can spare the extra moneys for another filter. :-D

Just realized that my previous post may have kind of a negative impact towards Delica servers or dealers ,if so ,please except my apology. I simply meant that being an owner of this kind of vehicle , doing oil change is the least one can do if one don't mind the mess. I admit that $ 80.00 w/ tax is still a good deal. :-)

Cheers,
