Last monday I found myself a happy man again: our l300 is back on the road again, after replacing the windshield (twice this year, YEAH!
) and putting a new muffler underneath.Since I stayed with the mechanic while he was changing our windshield last fall, he showed me how easy it is to replace that kind of windshield, with one simple tool: a rope. So for this second swap within 6 month, I figure some pictures would be nice to help anyone who wants to do it by himself.
I also installed a new muffler, upgrading it to 2 1/4". Some pics follow next message.
Next things do be fixed: the glowplugs. They seem to be burned, and I believe one of the injectors is not working properly...
