Another mysterious" thingy"

Post by Artacoma »

Put in new speakers in my L400 today and attached to the inside of the driver side rear panel next to the speaker is this crazy a$$ box, it has an attenna type plug with about a 10" attenna on it and a multi plug going into the wire harness
A 2 position slide switch on the side marked set I and set II
Maybe an overly complicated temp senor for rear AC ?
