squeaky clutch pedal and missing a lug nut

topic says it all.. my clutch pedal started squeaking annoyingly and I can't seem to oil the right part of it to shut it up.. any ideas?

Also I'm missing a lug nut strangely enough, any idea where to get a couple spares? I got some 12x1.5 ones from canadian tire by they are way too tall.
