hi, duan,
maybe the guy did not put the proper timin gon your L400.
i know the onwer of that dealer in abbotsford.
dont know if they are familair with L400.
changing IP seals to this L400 is not easy if your not familair wiht this.
there is 2 types of iP repalcement what they call.
1.) change all o-ring and other seal on this complete injection pump.
2.) Change only the front shaft seal on this L400 which is the common problem.
i do service and change the front shaft seals of IP on all my L400 from 38,000 kms to 180,000 kms.
this thing need to do as most of the front shaft seal is worn out.
cost money that later it pays off as it makes your L400 runs better.
better fule economy and proper torque and horsepower you cna get from your L400
