I've got a collection of good delica documentation, service manual type stuff and some unique sets of instructions, I uploaded it all to one spot and figured I'd share with the group here.

Feel free to move this to the FAQ or Tech section or wherever would be the best spot for it.

Re: uploaded Delica service manual & misc tech PDFs
For some reason the link doesnt work anymore and if I remember right this had the details on setting injection pump timing. Any chance you could help me get back in there? I thought I downloaded everything but cant find where it went.

I think I downloaded all of those files. I've uploaded what I have to my web-based FTP site here:

be warned that some of those documents are for the L400 and not the L300 that we have... beyond that though, it's nice to have the resource available
Re: uploaded Delica service manual & misc tech PDFs
I have noticed that too about almost all of the online manuals. They are either actually an L400 manual or they are still not quite right. I just wanted to look at the special tool for setting the injection timing so I can machine one. The engine listed is a 4D5 so I am going to assume 4D56T is the same tool and sequence, maybe different timing specs but I am sure the specs were in the engine compartment.Green1 wrote:be warned that some of those documents are for the L400 and not the L300 that we have... beyond that though, it's nice to have the resource available
Although now that mardy posted that $450 for new pump seals and setting the timing etc., it almost doesnt seem worth buying seals and rebuilding the pump myself.
