What does this clip do?

Mitsubishi Delica L400 production commenced in 1994 -- After much anticipation, the L400 arrived on Canadian Soil in 2009!

What does this clip do?

Post by CREGAN »

Can anyone name this clip? I found it when I was fiddling with my TPS and it is so loose it just slides off. If I hit a bump it would probably fall off. Not sure what it goes to or is for. Just wondering if I can cut it off and get a slide on connector from CT to replace this one. Thanks

Craig

That's the oil pressure switch connection.
Most of the time old one is too loose to hold.

So Steven can I just replace it with any old slide on clip? I was going to cut the end off and crimp it into a new slide on clip.

I did exactly that Craig. Just crimped on a new female spade connector...10 seconds and good as new.
