I`m using some black bedliner. No pics of the can, because i can`t recommend it. It`s just shit what i got this time...

So after two hours i managed it to put some new treads in the brake caliper. After that it took me like 5min to reassemble the missing left side. Then i wanted to start painting the front axle, but that would`ve been too easy, wouldn`t it? So i drove out of my frontyard to turn the car around and i noticed that i loose brake pressure. I turned down the window and heard something like "psst psst" every time i pushed down the brake. After a quick look under the car i noticed that one of the rear brake lines was broken. So it took me the rest of the day to fix that, but not sure now if it`s good to go, because the night came in...

DO NOT swap to the newer front the Headlights suck.

Trust me I have the 4 headlight standard square and those headlights are twice as bright as the newer style. Replacement light is like $12.00 instead of hundreds if you break one.

It may be the difference between the bumpers rather than switching headlights. The European models have a bumper that extends further out making the approach angle even worse than it already is on ours.

I like the look of the newer ones a lot better. I`ll built a steel front bumper, so the approach angle is going to be better either way...

I think you guys get the lights from the rhd ones. Due the assymetrical beam that`s made for rhd driving it doesn`t light the street well for lhd applications. We get the lhd ones, so they should be fine...

We get the RHD lights when we import, but to pass a vechicle inspection we have to install the LHD lights and they still suck (My bicycle lights are brighter, I may have a candle that is brighter).

Lots of different attempts to make them better, but my Hella Sealed Squares with standard bulbs are way brighter...and if the Hella gets a rock through it, cost is $40.00 for the Hella or $12.00 for a emergency light and lens at most gas stations!

But, I have no interest in looks...function, function, function for me! (I like the old school look, just like I like a V8 with a big cam and open headers! :) ).

Depo is good, That's what is on the Miss Lil' Bitchi. I find they light up the road very well: The right side is wide and the left side is cut low, so it doesn't blind the on coming driver. The light is incandescent, which I like as I find it easier to read the depth of my perception.

I really like the anime shark glare look, in addition.

That's what i usually do too, but because of the fact that i'm going to add 6 HID Offroad lights i don't really care how much light the headlights put out. I'm also going to convert the headlights to HID, so it should be ok...

But it's not sure that i get the facelift front, I'm gonna call the seller up today. If he won't sell it i'll just replace the headlights...

How big is the alternator in that thing???? You cannot just swap in a bigger alternator into L300...it has the vacuum pump on the back....

6x 35W HID lights only draw additional 18amps, so thats not a big deal.

I think only the diesels have the vacuum pump on the alternator, the gasolines don`t need them (don`t know this, but i`d make sense). But i`m thinking about adding a second alternator for reliability and powering the winch, along with a second battery...
