delicas in the us
I am currently deciding on buying a 1992 super exceed. I live in whistler, b.c. right now, so it would be perfect. My only problem is that i am a dual citizen and theres no saying on whether or not i will move back to the states. If I buy this van, im afraid i wont be able to register it in the states ever. does anyone know if its possible or not?

AFIK it's not possible. If you could find a US Mitsubishi L300 van, there's a chance it could be re-built using all the parts from a Delica and be legal, but that's a lot of work.

Vehicles must be over 25 years old to be imported to the US, the one exception is if you have a Registered Importer modify it to comply, you could try talking to a few in the US, however most likely it'll cost more than you paid for the van...
