So im on the baja down in Cabo a d today my sunroof got jammed out of nowhere. While unjamming it the metal clip on the left side broke in two not to mention there is a broken plastic piece on the drivers side too. I'll try to post pics when at computer but need to hear from someone that is very familiar with these sunroofs and where I might get parts from as my brother arrives next week so can bring parts with him.
Thanks in advance!

front of rear ?
If it's the front, you can manually remove the entire sunroof frame and work on it outside of the vehicle. By a long shot, this is the most convenient and simple way to work on it. Trust me. I've done it twice.
Once you have the worm gear moving, you can open/close it manually as well in an emergency if needed.

Thanks guys, I have parts broken though and need replacements if possible. I have the roof closed but everything is out of whack now. The left side slide is in the closed position and the right in the open position and I have no idea how it got like that, but would have happened when I was trying desperately to open/close the roof.
Here are some pictures of the damaged parts. The black piece in my hand is from the drivers side.
