sorry to throw fuel on the fire, but the mystery machine would be right at home out there. Just a days drive from Downtown vancouver literally. A longday, but there are so many awesome places to explore on the way... i'll show you my pictures in your other thread.

I'm just impressed that you guys appreciate and make the most of the countryside you've got! SO many people in the UK take what they have for granted and it just winds me up!
I was brought up in London, so have an affinity with big cities, but spent every summer on holiday by the coast in a stunning part of SW Wales (other side of the country, but only a short distance on your scale of things!)
This has given me the ability to appreciate the beauty in all environments, both remote and built up. This is something you guys also seem to appreciate and it is nice to see that you are not wasteful of the place you live and the wonderful opportunities your surroundings and varying climate offer you.
Adrock - please keep that Chamonix doing what it was built for in conditions it was designed to take and places it was meant to carry you....
Regards,
Bruce.

I will certainly do that.
I think you've got a concentrated group of people here who think the same way you do, that is after all why we own these machines. Unfortunately this isn't an accurate representation of everyone in BC, or canada, but I think the like minded people here agree that it is totally the way to go.
There are plenty of folks in the city that have never taken their gas guzzling hummers and mercedes G wagons onto a dirt road. It is unfortunate but what can you do right...
I'm almost excited that you want to come over here. Being able to see the mystery machine in person would be one of the greatest moments of my life. That thing is so amazing.
Adam.
