Shuswap trip

Post by Jungle Jon »

Just got back from a week at a secluded cabin at Mara Lake, fantastic weather the whole time. My Delica was great through the mountains, only had to slow down a few times on the long hills to keep her cool.

Spotted two Delicas, both around Roger's Pass. Tuesday afternoon the 24th just west of the pass, white with blue decals, like Green1's but didn't have all the antennae, got a lights flash and a wave. Then coming back on evening of Monday the 30th, pulling out of the Roger's pass rest stop, pulled in right behind a nice green/grey Exceed. (What are the odds eh?) Caught up and got a big smile and a wave.

Here's some pics, enjoy the delica-nasty!

One of the many critters I had as neighbours. Hunting eagles and osprey, loons, turtles, otters, deer, all made an appearance.
