I just noticed that my front tires are worn unevenly... towards the inside of the vehicle (i.e. on the "non curb" side of the tire) the tread is worn down much more than on the outside...
THIS IS WHAT THE FRONT TIRES LOOK LIKE

AND THIS IS THE REAR TIRE IN COMPARISON

I also remember somebody telling me that my van seems to be too low in the front (too soft suspension? not enough lift?)
I could see this being the reason for the uneven wear on the inside of the tire... In comparison, the rear tires are in fine shape...
Any tips or suggestions why my front tires are worn so much more (I obviously know that steering and more brake power on the front wheels will have a bit of an impact - but that much?). I put on almost exactly 20K on the odometer (but my speedometer over-exaggerates the speed by about 5-10% vs. actual as established with GPS - therefore I may actually only have put on approx. 18K km's since the Van was bought with brand new tires).
Also, before I just go out and swap all four tires, I will swap rear to front and front to back and go for a few more clicks...
When doing the front/rear swapping, do I need to do it diagonally? (i.e. front left goes rear right and front right goes rear left)?
Thanks for any tips or feedback on that one...
Cheers,
Chris
