EMERGENCY - Need brake specs to pass safety inspection in Sa

Can anyone provide me with brake specifications for the Delica (4wd 92 diesel automatic)? I am waiting at Canadian Tire and I cannot pass the safety inspection until they have the brake specifications. This is required so I can register it in Saskatchewan.
