Chemainus Reservoir

Post by DelicaMark »

Here a few pictures of warmland89 and mine first Delica trip together. We went up to the Chemainus Reservoir, about 25km off the island highway near the Chemainus turn off. We ended up about 1000m up. Pretty nice with a tonne of wild blueberries!

We were thinking this would be a great Delica Meet spot for the islanders (and mainlanders...i guess :-) ). The drive up is not bad, but 4wd was nice in a couple of spots. There are lots of other places up there that need exploring.

Here is warmland89 testing the waters...

That would work but one of our friends has pointed out the spy vs. spy theme...that maybe cooler! :-)

What is not as cool is the fact that I put together the attached graphic...a little on the loser side I know but whatever...

Delica geeks are never losers around here, while maybe to the teenagers in the house. But not here. 8-)

Are you going to get that cartoon as a decal for your Delica's?

Cheers
Kev

We had discussed it, but I am not sure where to get something like that made up. Any suggestions?

If you do get a few printed off I would love a small one for my other fog light cover... to accompany my skull and cross bones delica logo... and my deli is black so it would work, that is if i found a high roof white deli to be my nemesis (hmmm, maybe Green would be interested?)
