Hey guys.
I recently replaced my stock stereo, & after searching high & low for a dash kit/mounting bracket (I don't know how many places I phoned, only to be told, "They don't make one, you'll hafta make your own!") I finally found one that fits my '91 l-300!
It's made by a company called "BEST Kits & Harnesses" & the model that fits, (& I assume this is why none of those shops could find it, it's pretty tricky... man, I wish sarcasm had it's own font) is for a MITSUBISHI VAN/WAGON!
I found it at BEST BUY, so kudos to those guys for actually checking the computer. On that note, I highly recommend these guys over Future Shop, ANY day of the week! No commission, so no, "Hey sport, what can I upsell you today!?"
Also, the compatible wiring harness is for the Dodge Colt.
Just thought I'd share & hopefully save someone else the headache I went through!
PS. I tried to add this info to the Delica WIKI, but couldn't get it to work.

Re: Dash Kit/Stereo mounting bracket...
Ha! I looked at the package ealrlier & there was no part # on it. There's one on there now though, so the logical conclusion is that someone broke into my house & slapped a sticker on the bag to make me look foolish! Well the jokes on them, they risked a B&E charge for nuthin', I already look foolish!
Anyway, the # on the bag is; BKMM1 (you can see inside the bag & there's a pamphlet that lists all the vehicles that it's compatible with) I'm wondering if you'll need a different one, this one says it's for a Mitsubishi Van/Wagon for the years 87-91. The 400's started production in '94, no?
Nevermind, I just went to the website & it states this kit is good for Mitsubishi 1986-2000;

Looks like it's got a ton of different options as far as size & configuration;

That's exactly what I've been looking for to mount the deck. Thanks.
