missing a tube?

Hey folks,

While checking out my air filter, I noticed that it seems like a tube is missing from under my driver seat. It looks like there should be a tube connecting the tube in the middle of the picture (this tube is visible in the driver's wheel well) to the vent on the right of the opening.


Maybe it shouldn't be connected, but I thought I'd ask to see if anyone knows about this.

its supposed to be like that, I know because I asked the same question with a similar picture a while ago.

That is something I noticed about a month and a half ago and I just put on a connector hose. Whoops!
After reading that longer post where Bruce stated why it is missing, I will be removing it pronto. Delica.ca rocks!

my vehicle came from Japan with a connector hose in place, I have since removed it...
