Hi Everyone,

I'm new here. I just bought a 1991 Pajero (MKII). So far so good... I'm really enjoying it.

Anyhow, I need some rims for a set of winter tires. Does anyone have a set they are willing to sell?
What other rims can I use for this?
Am I correct that only L400 rims will fit it... I found this information floating around.

Mitsubishi L300 Delica center bore hub = 106mm
Mitsubishi Montero/Pajero Gen I = 106mm

Mitsubishi L400 Spacegear center bore hub = 108mm
Mitsubishi Montero/Pajero Gen II = 108mm

Thanks

Sure!

But I'm in Ft. McMurray, AB. Just took the old set off am trying to figure out what to do with them now. They work, but could use a little TLC to spiff 'em up...

I Can't say for the Gen 1/L300's but you are rite that your truck has a 108mm Center

almost all Toyota truck rims will fit so you should do all rite looking in a scrap yard or on C list!!

(for sure all the Tacoma Pickups and 4Runners will fit but "some" of the Tundras have 110mm center)

Chevy, Nissan and Toyota rims with 6x5.5 bolts pattern and 4" of backspacing

Just be sure measure the hub center bore. It's 108mm

Hey!

Thanks for the tips.

Jfarsange, what do you mean by "4" of backspacing"?

And... Jfarsang... I found the post where you wrote "What I did not realize at the time was that most Toyota trucks have a 106mm center bore hub diameter"
...But Raule Duke says almost all Toyota rims will work!

So... who do I believe!?

Sorry! I don't know anything about wheels. Thanks for the help guys!

I found this site: http://wheelsupport.com/toyota-bolt-patterns/

It looks like Tacoma/4runner wheels have 106mm centre bore.

Raule Duke, do you have any experience mounting these on a Pajero? Are there some 4runners with a 108mm bore?

Most toyota wheels have a center bore diameter of 106mm

Mitsubishi 2nd gen Pajero/L400's have a center bore diameter of 108mm

meaning if you buy a toyota wheel that has a 106mm center, you will need to bore it out/grind an extra 2mm to allow it to fit onto the Mitsubishi 108mm hub.

with that said, I have yet to see an aftermarket toyota wheel under 108mm center (perfect for Pajero/L400)
