I wish there was a Delica Magazine.

Post by CREGAN »

Every month I get my new VW Camper and Bus magazine and I read it cover to cover, ads and everything, and I totally enjoy it. I wish there was something like that for us deli-folk. I know the forums are similar in that they are a good read and quite interesting, but I need something a little more portable for when I do my "faxing" in my "office". I don't think getting an Ipad would solve that either as it would look really creepy taking one into the bathroom.

Funny you should mention seeing the Delica in print. I write for Canada 4WD and I do have a bit of artistic license in my editorials so my own Deli willbe making an appearance or 2 in the mag.

The first article will probably be my custom winch bumper. While its not a full deli mag itsa start.

Sounds good! Let me know when something is in the pipeline so I can get a copy. Maybe you want to do a special on a Deli-meet. That might be the only way to guarantee a big turn-out!

I wrote an article for GEARBOX Magazine... Maybe take a laptop into the lav ~ seems more fitting.

Falco.

P.S.: After Oil did an interview for GEARBOX, too.

Very cool Falco! Thanks a lot - I didn't know about these articles. I have printed them off and am going to the "office" to "fax" a few copies. Anyone else have sample articles they have written?

Cool, thanks. I was really inspired by Ari's interview. There's something about going into the toolies solo. One becomes more hightened and aware.
