Re: Need assistance in Importing your car to the Philippines?
you mean , you would like to assist any body importing delica from the phils, good luck my friend as i came from the phils, those cars wont pass our inspection, those delica you see in the net is all right hand drive they just convert it to left hand drive, there is no Delica in the phils that is original 4X4, its all came from japan & converted it there.
if you bring those delica in & dont know anything about this car you would have lots of problem, Liability issue will be number one, they change the structure of the steering wheel, so in case any problem here you incounter big problem, i thought about it but no way i will take a risk, but if you guys buy this delica from the phils, good luck, for big liability issue, as you have to declare that its been convered from right to left hand drive , nobody want to take a risk there family driving this delica converted which is not properly done.they dont have inspection over there. they just weld it & thats it. no safety concern. there is L300 mitsubishi which is same as delica original left hand drive diesel non turbo but 2wd, but this another issue those L300 over there dont have egr valve how can you pass it for aircare emission test.
so good luck to anybody do import those vehicle from the phils. think 10 times before your get it into trouble. we are in north america & the liability to this is so big,
hope this clear up.
Cheers,
