I worked for a aviation company years ago and I remember the AME's used 3M Dual lock a lot, it is basically a velcro alternative. I thought it would be a perfect solution (at least lazy solution) for attaching a digital gauge to my dash.
Anyway, I haven't seen the stuff since I left that job and nobody seems to have it around town. Does anybody know where to find this stuff? Thanks.

You know what I use for gauge boxes on the dash? That poster tack stuff (also by 3M). Works great, roll it off and leaves no residue. I keep a ball of it it the glove compartment and use it to secure all kinds of stuff to the dash on road trips, block annoyingly bright lights when night driving, hold cables in place, a map to the wheel - whatever...
