Does anyone know what JPC in the back window means? I noticed it in my rearview mirror

It looks like it was written at one time and has faded, I was thinking when they are imported they are given letters to perhaps discribe the condition???

Please tell me you're joking, I'm kinda freaking out as it is, I'm about to spend a whole lot of money on the frame that I can't afford but have to for the safety of my family

Unfortunately it was private, I'm bringing it in this morning to see if it's worth fixing or if I should just walk away.

Must have been @the japanese port in the sun for awhile and burnt through the tint,i'm sure once tint is changed you'll be golden.(From what i've seen online theres lots of marking scribbled onto windows for shipping use.
