Importing these from the UK. Seem to work very well and do not have the corrosion issues of the super winch hubs.

We have had serious issues with the tiny torx headed bolts that secure the super winch units. Once they corrode up the heads round off on the torx and then drilling or cutting the hubs off become the choice. With the Aisin design hubs they use a large bolt that is easier to undo as it is considerably bigger than the super winch and regular 13mm headed so less likely to round off.

Hi Guys!

I too am looking for some manual hubs to replace my autos on a 1990 L300 Delica. Thought I would revive this thread with some updates on what I'm finding.. and see if anyone has an opinion on any of them:

Superwinch (P/N: 400543) stuff seems to be harder to find as of now... discontinued apparently?
Dino Evo Link:http://dinoevo.de/manual-locking-hubs/
Discontinued? 1:https://www.summitracing.com/parts/spw-400543
Discontinued? 2:https://www.amazon.com/Superwinch-40054 ... op?ie=UTF8

Coombs still has some... not sure the brand:

Rugged Ridge (P/N: 15001.43):
manufacturer info: http://www.ruggedridge.com/manual-locki ... nal_tabbed
sold by Summit: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/rgg-1500143
sold by Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Rugged-Ridge-150 ... s=15001.43

***and what do you all think about these?***
They claim 1990-2000 pajeros, etc...and are 28 spline. Any hub gurus care to chime in? They look oddly similar to the Coombs ones.

-update-

Aisin hubs:
sold by Rising Sun:
http://vancouver.craigslist.ca/bnc/wtd/5712558550.html

sold by Amazon (PN: FHM-002) (I THINK... ***don't quote me on this***... seller claims it fits an L300 4x4 though)
https://www.amazon.com/Aisin-FHM-002-Fr ... ds=FHM-002

Two questions:
1) Are the Aisins really THAT good? they are almost twice the price of the others!
2) Can anyone confirm that the FHM-002 fits on their Deli?

This looks promising:
http://aisinaftermarket.com/uploads/bf6 ... 941_en.pdf
But I can't say I've seen L300's with a body style of "L03" or "L06"...

And from what I can gather, the difference between the "FHM-002" and "FHM-003" is that some parts are plastic in the "-003" version.

I've been using the rugged ridge 15001.43 ones. Honestly I don't think they are very good quality, but they have been working for since 2011. Probably wouldn't recommend them for someone who plans to do a lot of driving underwater. They are the kind of part that you should probably disassemble every now and then, clean, repack with grease and reassemble. Just not very impressed with their seals. But, hey, they have been working just fine and the price is right.

BTW they look nothing like the provided picture. They didn't back in 2011 either. They are not actually made of plastic. They look more like a knock off asin hub.
