Ladders can be hard to come by. I would suggest calling the different Delica dealers and get your name on an order/wait list. As for roof racks, there are a lot of different options depending on what your needs are. Maximum Overdrive has a really heavy duty roof rack that is a bit pricey, however from what I understand they are going out of business so you may be able to negotiate. Thule and Yamika make roof bars that go across the front and back. I have a set of Thule bars that I got from All Seasons Auto Racks in Victoria and I am quite happy with them. If you look in the SpaceGear User Manual (you can find this by searching for it on this site) there is a list of some of the roof rack options that will fit. This manual is good for many other things as well!!!
As for the camper conversion, I would do a search through the site and take a look at what some other people are doing before you jump into anything- there are a lot of creative set ups out there.
