Hi Everybody!
Sigh.....it's good to be back! I previously owned a 92 L300 Super Exceed, and LOVED it. In 2010, a relative offered me a FREE '08 Honda Element. I couldn't resist, so sold my Deli. I spent the next 2 1/2 years saying "I miss my Delica...", "How am I gonna get this sheet of plywood home?", "Sorry Honey, we'll have to walk in the snow to get to Nana's house...the Element won't make it up the hill..." and "Sorry, I can only take ONE extra kid for the class field trip...."! I finally figured out it was time to get a Delica again. So, I did. And, YAY! I was dubious about the L400....it COULDN'T be better than the L300...No way!! ....Until I drove one. W...O...W...! Pretty Cush... (but I retain a healthy admiration and respect for the L300's, and always will!)
My old username on the Forum was (I think I remember correctly) DrivingMrsDaisy...but can never remember the password, and we canned our old Telus emails years ago. So, am now prodigaldotter. : ) And on the drive home from the Dealer, my new-to-me Delica informed me her name is "Fiona". Don't ask....I have NO idea where THAT came from. I NEVER name anything with a feminine name. It's not me.....nevertheless, her name is Fiona. And we are dee-lighted to be back. I will go on record to state that if any relative wants to offer me a Porsche, or Mercedes, or anything in the future, the answer will be a very firm "No, thanks...I'm good!"
Now I'm off to the Dealer Beefs and Bouquets Section....to give a review!
Cheers!
I left the Fold....but now I'm back!

Welcome back to the cult, Prodigaldotter!
Fiona seems like a wonderful name! Coming from a somewhat naval family, the idea of naming my girl with a feminine name is rule of thumb, as it were. Being from Japan, she told me that her name was "ミス· 小娘 (Misu Komusume)", which translates to "Miss Little Troublesome Daughter" ~ but I call her Miss Lil' Bitchi!
I hope you're going to post some pictures of Fiona in Member Rides. Will you be building anything in the cabin? Any modifications?
Falco.

Hi Falco!
Thanks for the welcome back! Your User Name reminds me of a very cool novel series revolving around a fellow named Falco, in ancient Rome! Good stories!
LOL! I will post some pics...I just wanted to give her a nice wax job and pedicure beforehand. Finished the wash last night before the rain started... (murphy's law), and maybe get to the wax tomorrow. I'm girding for battle with the Kamloops Sun to protect my lil baby....she's in such good shape, I really really want to keep her that way. Shoulda seen me with the first load of kids this afternoon....just like a broody hen! "Stop playing with the shades! Quit playing with the seats! Don't slam the door!" I'm no fun at all! : P
For mods....well, not sure yet. Years ago, I built a camping bed insert for my old L300, but only ended up using it once. We'll see. She seems so perfect just the way she is.....!
Cheers!
