Downtime (November 17, 2007)

Hi All --

Had abit of downtime around 11:00PMish to complete a few upgrades/fixes to the forum.

The Smilies are now back up, and forum software is upgraded to latest version.

I had to make a few changes to the template (the basic look and feel are the same as before). However, if anybody spots any errors, please let me know.
