Part # for side door sliding bracket!

I've been looking so hard for this part "side door bracket and sliding piece" the sliding unit that attaches to the door and the baring device that attaches to the van rail. i need the whole thing.

i can't find the part #. I've looked but I'm not good on this site. can anyone give me a link to the parts manual? or does anyone know where i can buy, order, find this part?
my door is useless without it. it would be a huge favour! THANK YOU
