Small side marker lights bulb replacement?

Just wondering if anyone knows how to get at those small oval lights on the side? I don't want to keep prying at the cover but I can't seem to get at it from the inside?

There a flexible plastic tab that holds the light in place. Sometimes if you slide the light in one direction it will allow the light to pop out.

I have removed the front signal lights and reached in the inner fender to pop them out whenever I clean the bulbs and polish the plastic to remove yellow oxidation on the clear plastic.

Speaking of which, I lost one of my side market bulb covers.
Anyone know where I can get a new one?
