looking for A/C compressor for 1994 PF8W

If anyone has suggestions on the best way to purchase one.

New is ideal but probably impossible now; refurbished or used would be okay, as long as the compressor still works!

The original part number was probably MR206800, but I suspect that other part numbers might fit as well.
If you know of other part numbers that would fit a 1st gen L400, please let me know: At this point I am confused.

I found two references, one is in a recent auction but the frame type is slightly different, not sure if it's a proper replacement; the other is the Russian site but a supplier in Japan and Mitsubishi Motors UK both told me independently that the part number doesn't register anymore.

You can find them for around $800 in the Vancouver area for Genuine Mitsubishi ones.

I saw the Chinese ones, but my mother was told by the Honda dealership in Ottawa that her Civic had problems because it was the first year Honda used some parts made in China, and after the fact they discovered that there was glass in the steel, which made the metal more brittle.

The price is really low, I guess at 1/10th of the price, if you have to buy six instead of one you're still ahead but I don't know how reliable they are.

I would rather get a used OEM part than one which sells for 1/10th of the price...
