Wasn't too sure where to put this post, as it covers a few things.
Well, on our way out of the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal tonight, we blew up our radiator. Quick (HA!) tow to Marpole, and now we're in problem solving mode. The van is dead in the water at the moment, and after a good 5 year run with Bessie, we've decided to get rid of it.
Now, we're not from Vancouver, and we're here on a long weekend, and are a bit stumped as to what to do.
I'd gladly let it go as a parts vehicle, or whatever, just not sure.
So, what are some options we have here?
1. List it and leave it in my inlaws hands as we head home? (Not a likely option)
2. Haul it to a wrecker, and take the $_____ they give. (Any idea what that'd get us?)
3. Sell it ASAP (Preferable)
Um, help?

Option 4: Get a new radiator, install it (easy), then drive it home and sell it at your leisure.
A wrecker will give you 500$ tops I bet. A rad will cost half that.
