Torque confirmation??

Torque confirmation??
I red yesterday that the torque for the 2 valve cover bolt is 3 foot pound. Am I wrong?? I'm going to change the gasket today and installe my coolant heater. And change the oil for 5W30 instead 0W40, bad leak with this oil.
