delica starter motor issues
Hoping someone can help me. I have a 92 Delica and my starter is starting to go. Does anyone know of a North American starter i can replace it with or a part number, or a part number for a rebuild kit.

Re: delica starter motor issues
What makes you think it's starting to go?
We just had a major weather change that resulted in fog and created corrosion on the battery terminals, which forms a barrier of resistance that can cause the starter to tick away without turning the engine over because there's not enough amperage getting through. That's why I ask why. It just happened to me in a matter of days.
As far as part numbers, check out the Delica FAQ Section in Delica Canada Technical. Look in the thread: "Useful Links for Vehicle Part Identification Purposes."
