Camping setup
Maybe this is a good inspiration for people planing to camperize their Delicas. Put a lot of thinking into it when I build it last summer and it served well on a couple of nice trips.

Re: Camping setup
Hi mareko,
nice job! Where does the big board go which folds into the main bed?
Or is it an everyday 4-seater, and you put in the board on the folded seat when you go on a trip with 3 persons?

Re: Camping setup
Hi Andy,
for four people I unfold the smaller back part of the bed and the big board fits on top, so its always in the van.

Re: Camping setup
Hello,
I am new, still in the process of trying to figure out what Delica model we should be looking for, with camping in remote places to be the target.
Please, for your camping setup, what Delica wheel base do you have?
Short seems to be 4685mm, long one 5055mm..... I wonder if there is more options between these two.... and naturally, I wonder what others have done with the space they have.
Thank you.

Re: Camping setup
Nice Job Mareko! I love wood, and your setup really makes it stand out nicely...
Re: Camping setup
Slick...I'm considering how to camperize our L400 and keep the two middle chairs in the van for usage (and passengers) like you do. I didn't think of having them lay flat and the bed go overtop! Where do you keep the mattress/foam pad when the seats are in use?
Is this LWB or SWB? Thanks for posting, am sure will get some great ideas from this.
