Plywood in L400?

Post by mgrady437 »

Working on buying a Delica for the first time. Any one know if full sheets of plywood fit into an L400? HR, LWB or no?

I have a SWB and I have hauled plywood and OSB a few times (4x8 sheets). It's a big tricky to get it to postion so that the wood doesn't hit the tailgate trim.

From a different thread I posted a while back:

a 4x8 sheet will fit in the LWB. Laying the passenger seats flat lets you stack em flat.

SWB...forget it. The pic tells all.

I have layed 4x8 drywall sheets in my SWB but had to leave the tail gate ajar and supported the hanging end with boards so the sheets wouldn't break during transport.

You can stack plywood in a Starwagon (with the gate down).
Just sayin'.
