Big trouble dealing with BNX Shipping

When you are securing you final deal in shipping you Delica from Japan make sure that you avoid dealing with a Toronto based company called BNX shipping. This is the company that is doing the paper work and the arranging the destuffing process. You have to specify that you would rather work with any other company as they are much much more expensive than the local Frank Miao who charges $ 425.00 to do the same thing. The process is required as it is where the customs do their inspection (bonded warehouse).

Here is why. While working out the fine print in the agreement with them I continually spoke of the price $ 425.00 TOTAL cost and that I had little interest in paying more to someone who is not even in Vancouver. I got the bill for over $ 515.00 per unit (even after several discounts!!!) and I got on the phone right away. Again there was a promise of a TOTAL cost of $ 425.00 and yet when I get the amended bill it is for $ 483.00.
I am still trying to work out the matter as I have not yet payed the bill, the Delica is still at the bonded holding. Further, you have to pay for a money transfer or a certified cheque compared to Frank you pay cash. Please keep this in mind and be specific with your agent in Japan so you can avoid dealing with BNX, period. They simply kept on adding different names to charges rather then make the price $425.00 as they had promised when my shipping company made the deal.
Just to be clear they do the exact same think as there is only on bonded warehouse in Richmond that they both use.
