converting the current seats into a bed

Hi Delica community,

Has anybody ever tried to convert the current seats in a long wheel base L400 into a bed by removing the current cushions and putting down their own mattress? What does the frame of the seats look like? Is this possible?

I want to camperise my Deli but want to have the option of using the bed as a bench seat still. I don't like the current seats because they don't offer enough room to build sliding drawers under them.

I just fold down all the seats and put a queen mattress on top. Works great.
