OEM table for L300?

I saw a guy on a UK Delica site that claimed there were three OEM tables in the UK, and that he had owned them all at one time. Looked awesome, and utilized the tracks for the middle captain's chairs. Anybody know about these?

A number of tables were offered for the L300. They are in the Interior section of this catalogue. I've never seen one over here, maybe others have.
