hello guys, so heres my probleme, just for you now i just change all the fuel systeme and its been test twice (injector, fuel pump, fuel filter assembly and both of the fuel tank) So when i start the engine its take 2 or 3 shot of crank for starting and after it runs good on the idle but when i raise the rpm and release the fuel quick, the idle start to run low and stall after a second. could it be the advance timing cause i did it approximately, i dont have the special tool.

This is the same problem I have! I was planning on just getting it rebuilt. But I'd love to know if anyone else has some insight.

I just got all my glow plugs replaced and had a fuel system flush, that ran the entire system including the injectors and pumps. The only thing that wasn't clean out was the gas tank. It starts and runs way better.

The injection timing isn't usually all that sensitive- as long as the timing belt is correctly installed with all the pulleys pointing at their timing marks, and the injection pump is in the middle of its adjustment range, the engine should start and run just fine.

I would double-check the timing belt alignment, then try adjusting the injector pump timing to one end of the range, and then the other, and see if the issue changes.

10 psi with a compressor in the air bleeder (the line who plugs directly in the frame )

Clever! And watch for the fuel leaking out near the tank, I guess.
