Prepping for deeper wading?

So far I've installed a snorkel, extended the front diff breather to the top of the engine firewall, and extended the rear diff breather to above the tail lights. Is that all there is to really worry about?
I have the dual fuel tank diesel and I believe the breather for them is at the top of the fill neck behind the cap, so no need to worry about that?
And I have the automatic transmission, I haven't found a breather on it either? I'm guessing it vents out of the dipstick tube? (but I haven't dropped it to look... I'd rather not)
What about the air filter drain? It's just a rubber "flapper" type thing to let water out (probably a good thing w/ a snorkel)... does it work well enough to keep water out when wading?
I don't have any intentions of going windshield deep or anything like that, I just want to make sure everything is nice and clear.
