Won’t start :( need help!

I have a ‘98 petrol v6 - here’s my problem:
So after replacing the timing belt ,water pump and rear camshaft seals attempting to start the vehicle it won’t start. Thinking we had possibly set the timing belt incorrectly we removed the front cover assembly to double check the timing marks line up correctly again. Yes they did. Tested the for spark at each coil. Found we only had spark on 1 coil on both leads (waste spark system). Swapped 1 coil in the “pack” to the position of the coil that produced spark then that coil had spark. Tested continuity of wires from the power control unit to the coils-good. Power to the coils good. Harness side of the crank and camshaft position sensors ground wire to batter 2 ohms resistance. -good. Battery voltage at other wire (with key on). Suspecting bad camshaft position sensor. Tried to scope for signal could not get a good signal.
Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!!
