The initial plan was to leave North Van on Friday and get to Sloquet Creek Hot Springs to stay there overnight and to try to drive back home though Hemlock taking West Harrison FSR on Saturday. We had to change the plan because of snowy road beyond Douglas IR, turn back and camp overnight on Skookumchuck hot springs which was crowded.
This day we met 2 Delicas between Squamish and Whistler going south and another one camping on Lillooet Lake.
The night on Skookumchuck hot springs was chilly with temperature below 0 but we enjoyed a campfire and a full moon.

The last picture with the moonlight is truly awesome. Did you use a detachable flash unit?

I wish it was a better setup but all I had was a flash light...

which road was snowy? we spent all day today on harrison west FSR, north from harrison. We made it to km 26? I think? near hale/sunrise and right at harrison lookout we encountered a lot of snow and eventually turned around after much playing in the snow :)

As I stated before we hit 1.5' of wet snow on West Harrison FSR approx 3.5 km from the north end of Harrison Lake and had to turn back.
